We provide residential pickup and delivery laundry services and traditional dry cleaning drop-off and pickup services. Our team prepares your clothing according to your needs (washing, drying, folding and ironing) for dropping off and returns it when you want it.

  • Home  Security  Checks

Are you planning  a  trip  anywhere ?  Are  you  apprehensive  about  leaving  your  house  vacant and unguarded?  Don’t  worry  about  it! Our  home  security  check  service  will  put  your  mind  at  ease. Our  experts  conduct  in-depth  checks  of  your  premises  (windows,  doors  etc.)  to  ensure  the  security  aspects  are  in  order.  In  many  cases,  this  service  becomes  mandatory  through  insurance  companies,  in  pursuit  of  which  your  security  mechanisms  are  reviewed.

  • Grocery Order Pick-Up and Put-Away

We’ll take care of your grocery shopping from picking up the least expensive calories to stocking your pantry and refrigerator and making your house presentable for a party. You just tell us the order, and we will pick it up, bring it home and put it away so you don’t have to do any of it.

  • Pet Check-In

At Pet Check-In, our primary philosophy is: “When you’re gone, your pets are with us.” Your dog, cat, ferret, fish, bird, lizard or other pet is welcome to stay with us while you are away. We follow a routine, where we feed a midday meal; play with them including a walk with your dogs; make your home nice by opening windows, cleaning your litter boxes, etc. For a minimum of one hour stay, this service is available to you.

  • Child minding 

All working parents have one thing in common in terms of needs, which is the ability to have a work-life balance. This is why we have employed professionals in child minding who dedicate themselves to keeping your children safe and ensuring they enjoy their time and learn new things. Our wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities and games suit children of all ages, seven-days-a-week from 6am to 9pm. We require a minimum of three hours booking for our child minding service.

Cancellation Policy

Life shock can be unpredictable and people’s plans might change. Lumina Life is flexible and versatile and will make every effort to adjust to changes and to act in a fair and pleasant manner for previous and future clients as well as our dedicated and committed staff.

To avoid surprises and guarantee a fair system for all clients and our staff and to make sure that our services remain on tяme and procedures are as consistent, pleasant and reliable for our clients, Lumina Life clients and staff should adhere to the following cancellation policy.

Flexible Cancellation Options

  • Cancellation within 48 Hours: If for any reason you choose to cancel your previously requested service appointment within the 48 hours prior to the appointment, you will not be charged any cancellation fee. We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to time inconsistency on yours’ part.
  • Cancellation 24 Hours or Less Before the Service: If you cancel this appointment 24 hours or less before your service begins, it will result in a cancellation fee amounting to 50 per cent of the service fee.We do this in good faith in the hopes of covering some of the costs we incur in preparing for your appointment.
  • Late Cancellations/Entry Denial: Should you notify Lumina Life after our team’s arrival that our team cannot enter your premises or if you cancel the service at the last minute, a full service fee will incur, as our team has already time and materials reserved for your service, and there’s often no realistic way of rescheduling our team on such short notice or finding a replacement. 

How to Cancel

  • By Phone: To cancel your service, call our customer service hotline at 587 439 4019 Our representatives would be eager to take your call and walk you through the cancellation process, as well as answer any questions that you may have.
  • By Email: Also you can cancel the service by email. Please let us know in detail your service information and also tell us the reason for cancellation. Our customer service will contact you for confirmation of your cancellation and relevant fees

Rescheduling Services

When your card expires, we ask you to contact us to reschedule your service – not cancel – it. If you give us at least 72 hours’ notice of your needing to reschedule, we will promptly set up an appointment for you at your convenience, at no extra charge.

Exceptional Circumstances

If the situation is urgent, call us!  Sweetening the deal, we offer a discounted rate for rebooking a service because of an emergency.  We can understand how this can affect you. You're the boss.
